The project is moving to the end and now we are facing the core topics of the training course.
In the morning session we had a great detailed introduction to transactional analysis followed by some simulations. The topic was pretty new for most of the participants but, due to the amazing facilitating process led by Laris, all of us were able to approach successfully such a delicate matter.
In the afternoon we learned how to give and receive feedback. Feedback is helpfull for our development and we didn't always know the importance of it.
This was a workshop in small groups and with a lot of fun and practical sessions. During this workshop we had to solve some tasks - including the Human Pyramide - and we had to give feedbacks to the others based on these activities.
We learned and laughed a lot and we are looking forward to the last days.
