Ha Moment, CRL is a cooperative whose mission is to provide opportunities for personal and professional development of young people and adults throughout the world, through training, consulting and organizing events, based on informal and non-formal learning. It seeks to develop recurrently different training activities in education for adults and the general public, in several areas, from creativity to entrepreneurship, and using non-formal methods.
Established at May 2015, our staff has extensive experience in non-formal education, which acquired working for other organizations and companies and as free-lancers. We have 6 active members and 6 other supporting occasionally.
Our headquarters is located in Arroios parish, which is one of the most multicultural Lisbon, with about 68 different nationalities living here, which makes it our most significant work in relation to interculturalism, acceptance and respect and that leads us to develop more training on stereotypes and cultural differences.
We developed a magazine about education (Flipchart) that had its launch on February 13, 2016, and has trimensal basis (http://joom.ag/6HHp). This magazine is a tool to inform people in general about different topics related with education, from games and exercises to articles about NGO's, schools and other institutions, interviews to trainers, teacher and educators, and documentation about
educational tools and methods.
We also develop educational games to be used in teaching and training context, for different purposes and topics.
We have partnerships with other institutions that also work in education field and develop activities together for different target groups.
Our staff has experience in the different areas we work: trainings, consulting and events. So, we have skills and experience in planning, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, disseminate and provide trainings. We count inside our team with 3 international trainers with years of experience in non-formal education, one of this with background in sociology, and two with background on theatre. We also have 3 other members, volunteers which cooperate in part-time, whenever it's possible, and in big activities or events. We count also with 3 designers which we contract occasionally depending on the workload needed regarding their area and an accountant which is responsible for budget control, payments and taxes.
Our staff already coordinated a long term project with Europe and Latin America, gave training to 160 volunteers at the same time, worked in schools as teachers and animators, worked in the youth field.
